Terms and Conditions

If you book accommodation with us your credit card details are only used to secure your reservation and you will NOT be charged in advance for your accommodation. Bookings may be cancelled by giving 4 days notice. Prices include full complimentary breakfast and all taxes.

By filling out our booking request form you are NOT making a reservation. We will contact you back within 24 hours to make further arrangemenents. At that time you can make the reservation using a credit card. Your credit card will not be charged, it is merely used to hold your reservation.

Our cancellation policy is very lenient. You can cancel without penalty up to four days prior to your reservation. If cancelled within four days of arrival the full charge will be due less any revenue from re-letting. Do remember that it's always a good idea to take out travel insurance as this covers unforeseen cancellations.
